By using IBAGPT, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

IBAGPT is an independent, student-built AI assistant that answers questions about IBA using website content, student discussions, and other data. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official service of the Institute of Business Administration.

IBAGPT uses AI and may produce answers that are incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Nothing it says is official IBA communication or professional advice. Always verify time-sensitive or important details, such as admission deadlines, fees, and program requirements, against IBA's official website and offices before relying on them.

• You must be able to form a binding agreement to use IBAGPT.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• Use IBAGPT for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, security, or access controls, or disrupt the service.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its content through automated means without permission.
• Submit content that is illegal, hateful, or violates others' rights.

• IBAGPT offers a free tier with usage limits and a paid Premium plan with higher limits.
• Premium is currently billed manually (e.g., bank transfer, NayaPay, or SadaPay). You submit proof of payment, and access is activated after we verify it, which may take some time.
• Prices are shown in the upgrade screen and may change. Because payments are processed and verified manually, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

To keep IBAGPT available and affordable, we apply per-conversation and per-period usage limits that vary by plan. We may adjust these limits to maintain fair use and service stability.

IBAGPT's name, design, and software belong to its creator. References to IBA and third-party names are used descriptively and remain the property of their respective owners. You keep ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us the permission needed to process it to provide the service.

You may stop using IBAGPT at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service and its users.

IBAGPT is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IBAGPT and its creator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the service. The service depends on third-party providers and may change or be discontinued.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

IBAGPT is operated by Haseeb Adnan, an individual (sole proprietor), operating as IBAGPT. It is independent and student-built, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Institute of Business Administration.
